Moss Walk & Talk Event

Moss is all around you, but when did you last admire what an incredible organism it really is? Join Interpretive Specialist Hobbes and Park Naturalist Molly Anne to explore what moss is, why it’s so small, and what secrets it’s tiny world holds. The Walk and Talk will begin at the Summit Visitor Center on Mt. Constitution and conclude at the Wall of Moss!

We are thrilled to have Julian McDonough and his Quintet with us this weekend. We’ve seen Julian many times as a sideman, and now we welcome Julian leading his stellar quintet dedicated to the music played by the iconic Drummer and band leader Art Blakey.
This free event will feature artists working in painting, printmaking, stone cutting, woodwork, blacksmithing, encaustics, ceramics, fiber arts, sculpture, photography, jewelry and more.
