4th Annual Orcas Island Film Festival
October 6th-9th at various venues and times
For the fourth year in a row, the Orcas Island Film Festival will feature a selection of critically acclaimed films and audience favorites fresh from their debut at the world’s greatest film festivals.

Rosario Music Concert and Narrative

Come learn about the history of the Moran mansion through photographs and music with Christopher Peacock.

The 2017 Green Home Tour will begin with an introduction to Green Building Technology, Networking and Green Talks followed by a guided tour of some of Orcas Island’s greenest homes. Hirst Decision Discussion
October 7th at 12:30pm at the Eastsound Fire Hall
Join the San Juan County Republicans on Orcas as they hear from fellow islander from Lopez, Ed Kilduff, Hydrologist, who will be speaking about the WA State Supreme Court Hirst Decision. This decision basically halts drilling of wells on undeveloped property.

Acupuncture and Drug-Related Chemical Dependency Presentation
October 8th at 1:00pm at the Orcas Community Church
As a primary care physician, Dr. Vincent Shu has been using Acupuncture for pain management in his practice to treat pain. Dr. Shu will also discuss the issue of cannabis addiction related to its chronic use. This presentation is sponsored by the Orcas Island Public Library.

Drop-in Sports: Indoor Volleyball
