The Board of Trustees meets at the library at 3:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of every month. The public is welcome to attend. Contact Karen Meng (kmeng@orcaslibrary.org) if you would like to join by Zoom or receive the board packet in advance.
Wanderhome
February 13th from 4:00-5:30pm at the Orcas Island Library
Wanderhome is a collaborative role-playing game program for kids ages 10 and up. Join us in the Kids’ Library to explore and create a fun world together. If you have any questions, please send them to areed@orcaslibrary.org.

Join us at Wildflower Apothecary every Thursday from 5-8pm for CommuniTEA night! We will have a weekly herbal tea offering by donation. You’re welcome to bring instruments, crafts, songs, & stories to connect with your island community & our herbal allies.

The Doe Bay Café invites you to their Grand Open Mic Re-Opening! Prizes for everyone who performs–audience participation will also be rewarded. Doors open at 5:00pm, music at 6:30pm!
On Stage at Orcas Center: Sealsesque Cabaret
February 13th-15th
Follow Lysistrata and her band of Renegades as the salvation of war-torn Greece lies in the hands of the matriarchy. This 45 minute dance theater piece incorporates burlesque and cabaret stylings to reinterpret the classical comedy by Aristophanes for a contemporary audience. Featuring a powerhouse soundtrack and all-local cast. Performance is for mature audiences ages 18+. This is a Valentine’s Double Feature, with two shows slotted for 7pm and 9pm on both Friday and Saturday. Tickets are limited to 40 seats per show and will sell out fast!
