Come shop local vendors for produce, food, artisan crafts, and more!  There are many new vendors joining us for the 2021 season, and the newest update is that we are able to accept EBT Snap benefits for payment!

Saturday Storytime with Orcas Island Library
Saturdays from 11:00-11:30am at the Village Green, Weather Permitting
Join us as the weather gets nicer for outdoor storytime!  Social distancing and face masks for participants 2 years and up.

Susan Slapin Author Reading
August 21st at 2:00pm on the Orcas Library Lawn
Join Orcas Island resident Susan Slapin, artist, painter, and poet, for a poetry reading from her new book. Susan’s work has been exhibited from Orcas to Ojai and she has been recognized by The Oregonian for Printmaking and by the Lake Oswego Festival of The Arts for Etching and Monoprint.

Bookmobile at Deer Harbor Marina
August 22nd from 12:00-3:00pm
The library is coming to you! Stop by and browse books for all ages, games, DVDs, and magazines and then check out the ones you like! Don’t have a library card? You can get one at the bookmobile! There’s also a book drop at the Deer Harbor Community Center when you’re done with your summer reads!
