The Empowered Heart Workshop
September 2nd from 9:00am-5:00pm at the Deer Harbor Community Center
Join former islander Katie Gray as she and a team of Empowered Heart facilitators guide you through an eight-hour experience focused on self-love and compassion while delving into understanding why we may not fully love and accept ourselves (or one another) through understanding the inner landscape of the cycle of trauma and pain. The cost is $125-175, sliding scale. All genders are welcome. There will be a packed-lunch-style midday meal break and all registered attendees will be emailed a welcome packet prior to the event.
