The first-ever Orcas VegFest will be this Saturday at Odd Fellows Hall with music, cooking demos, speakers, food samples, and more! Featuring live music by Baker & West from 12:30-2:00pm.
Great Islands Fall Clean Up
September 21st from 10:00am-2:00pm at the Village Green
Join your Orcas Island community as we get together for the Great Islands Clean-up! Bags, grabbers and vests will be available for pick-up at the Eastsound Village Green at 10am the day of the event. Garbage collected from roads and beaches can be dropped off at the Village Green from 2:00-3:00pm. Participants can stop by Island Hoppin’ Brewery for a free pint starting at 4:00pm.

Orcas Island’s own Woman in the Woods Productions is bringing a night like no other, featuring a live performance of “Black Dancing Bodies Project: Speak My Mind” with support by The Ladies of Hip Hop Festival from New York. Be sure to lift up these world class artists as they bring life to the Orcas Center Stage!
Fall Festival at Family Tides Farm

Family Tides Farm & Lummi Nation invite you to the third annual Fall Festival in Deer Harbor. Come enjoy a performance by the Lummi Blackhawk Singers, live music from the Hot Tomatoes as well as Adrian Xavier & Ska Island, delicious free food and fall treats, arts & crafts, local Makers Guild demos, ancestral arts cultural display, a cider press, firetruck, hay rides, a pumpkin patch, and more! This event is free, family friendly, and open to the public.
National Hobbit Day

Come join us for an afternoon of family-friendly merry making with quests, hobbit activities, second breakfasts, and a movie screening of The Hobbit (PG-13) in the YA Room. Dress in costume and two winners will take home a prize. Fellowship also seeking new members. No experience required.
Autumn Equinox Fam to Table Dinner

The autumn equinox marks the first day of fall and the transition between seasons. This year, celebrate the equinox with us at the Pebble Cove Farm with a Farm-to-Table Dinner & Plant-based Cooking Class. Enjoy a grounding, warm, autumn-inspired meal prepared and cooked together; all five courses featuring vegetables, fruits, and herbs from the island’s farms and Pebble Cove Farm’s very own garden.
