Orcas Island Farmers Market: Harvest Celebration
Saturdays from 10:00am-3:00pm at the Village Green
Orcas Island Farmers Market proudly announces an informal Harvest Celebration on Saturday, September 25th – and there will be some surprises! Live music on the Village Green Stage, and 3 Harvest Baskets will be raffled off to 3 lucky winners! These GIANT baskets will be stuffed full of goodies worth well over $600 each basket from our local artisans, farmers, and food crafters. Proceeds go to our Vendor Support Fund, directly benefiting vendors in need. Last chances to buy tickets: Thursday & Friday at 245 Main Street 10am-3pm and Saturday at the Village Green until 11:15am to make the first drawing cutoff!

Great Islands Clean-Up
September 25th from 10:00am-2:00pm
Come out and celebrate National Public Lands Day by participating in the Great Islands Clean-up! Grabbers, gloves, bags, and safety vests will be available for pickup at The Exchange (please email info@exchangeorcas.org prior to pickup anytime this week, or at the Village Green Saturday morning at 10:00am. Local Lumber & Slab Sale
September 25th from 10:00-2:00pm at Orcas Biomass
Come see what Orcas Biomass has to offer! We have fir, cedar, maple, cherry, alder, and madrone boards and slabs in a variety of sizes and grades, along with low price off-cut utility grade boards and sawmill overs. Check out our mill and talk to us about custom milling jobs.

Live Music at the Orcas Hotel Oktoberfest Beer Garden

The annual autumn festival traditionally begins two weeks before the first Sunday in October. In celebration, the Orcas Hotel presents JP und die OK Rhythm Boys providing live music!  All ages are welcome to break out their dirndls and lederhosen, or maybe sweaters and warm boots, and come join in the delicious and musical fun!

Woman in the Woods: Rebirth of a Nation
September 25th at 7:00pm & 26th at 4:00pm at Orcas Center
Critically-acclaimed artist Paul Miller will be presenting his Rebirth of a Nation (a provocative remix of the historical film Birth of a Nation) with music featured by our very own Tre Voci String Trio (Pamela Wright, Holly King and Scott Heisinger) and Rachel Bishop as guest violinist.
