Conflict Management Course

Has the pandemic increased conflicts in your life? Orcas Island Public Library is offering a new program to help with such challenges. Adapted from a seminar, “What Do You Say When….Conflict Management as You Interact,” Dr. Jeanne McPherson will facilitate two sessions on the skills you need as you engage with others.
Veterans Day Ceremony
November 11th at the American Legion Hall
The American Legion Post #93 will hold a Veterans Day Ceremony to honor our Veterans. All are welcome, masks are required. A light refreshment will be served immediately following the ceremony.

On Stage at Orcas Center – Tragedy: A Tragedy
November 4th-13th, Thursday-Saturday shows at 7:00pm, Sunday at 2:00pm
Tiered ticket pricing of $47, $25, $15, Orcas Center charges a $2 per ticket fee. Advance ticket sales only at www.orcascenter.org, there will be no box office attendant prior to the performance. Proof of vaccination will be required at the door, and masks will be required inside of Orcas Center. These shows will be socially distanced with assigned seating
