Discover the power of mindful movement with Andrea Preiss, an experienced physical therapist, Feldenkrais practitioner, and therapeutic eurythmist. Join her for a gentle, seated movement class every Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Orcas Senior Center. These sessions blend Feldenkrais and eurythmy techniques to support mobility, balance, stability, and even vision—ideal for all fitness levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and non-slip shoes. Sail Orcas Open House
August 12th from 5:00-7:30pm at the Orcas Island Yacht Club
Join us for sailboat rides, a cookout with tons of food, and the opportunity to learn about all Sail Orcas has to offer—plus the exciting chance to meet the new race team coach! Evening Vinyasa

Discover the enriching benefits of Vinyasa yoga with Karol Wilson, DPT, a seasoned physical therapist with 30 years of experience. Held Tuesdays at 5:30pm at the Orcas Senior Center, these sessions focus on restoring and enhancing strength, function, flexibility, and balance.  The class fee is $15 per session, with a discounted rate of $12 for Orcas Senior Center members. OICMF: Music and Motion
August 12th at 7:30pm at Orcas Center
Join us at 6:30 for a Pre-Concert Talk: How does one program a chamber music festival? $40 for adults, $10 for ages 6-18 (OICMF concerts are not appropriate for children under 6) There is an additional $2 per-ticket fee.
