Discover the power of mindful movement with Andrea Preiss, an experienced physical therapist, Feldenkrais practitioner, and therapeutic eurythmist. Join her for a gentle, seated movement class every Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Orcas Senior Center. These sessions blend Feldenkrais and eurythmy techniques to support mobility, balance, stability, and even vision—ideal for all fitness levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and non-slip shoes. The Orcas Island Cheese Club will host this month’s tasting on Tuesday, September 9 from 6–7 pm at Doe Bay Wine Company. Guests can enjoy four cheese tastings and three wine tastings for $20, or $10 for Cheese Club members. Bring friends, sip wine, taste cheese, and have fun!
