Garden Club Meeting
March 16th at 10:30am
The Orcas Island and Lopez Island Garden Clubs’ virtual meeting will feature Emily Aring presenting Gardening in San Juan County for Healthier and Happier People, Plants, and Land. Emily is the owner of KaBloom Landscape Design. Among KaBloom’s projects was designing and installing the Orcas Public Library landscaping.

The Tiki Room at The Barnacle

Kids EDC & 4-H Workshop
March 16th from 5:00-6:00pm
San Juan County kids are invited to learn about the skilled trades through free, fun projects organized by the Economic Development Council (EDC) and WSU Extension’s San Juan County 4-H Program. Up first, the EDC is offering 25 motor kits for pick-up at multiple locations. Read more here.


Adult Indoor Volleyball

Wednesdays at 7:30pm at the Old Gym
Sundays at 7:00pm at the Old Gym
$2 drop-in fee, ages 16 and older. In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and keep kids learning in-person, participants must follow the school masking requirement. At this time N95, KN95, or 3-layer surgical masks are required.
