Call for Fiber Artists
March 1st from 10:15am – 12:00pm at Orcas Center
Orcas Center’s spring community show features the work of local fiber artists! Community shows are open to ALL island artists, beginning and experienced alike. To participate, bring your fiber artwork ready to display to Orcas Center on March 1st. The opening reception will be on March 3rd from 5:30-7:00pm. The exhibit runs March 1-April 11. Community Lent Gatherings
March 1st at 5:30pm at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church
Some of the churches on Orcas Island will be gathering on Wednesdays during the season of Lent. We will be visiting each other’s churches to pray together, to share a simple meal of soup and bread, and to foster our fellowship and appreciation of each other.
